Unmanaged - Customer is responsible for all server software and OS maintenance and server is not monitored by EliteHost network operations team.

Fully Managed - EliteHost network operations team will monitor server and install any required software and OS updates as well as software requested by customer and assist in any server maintenance issue. We offer a 4 to 8 hour SLA / response time to requests by our fully managed server customers.

Fully Managed Priority - Same as Fully Managed, with the addition of us putting your server on priority monitoring and any requests from a customer on a priority server are handled immediately by our staff. We offer a 1 to 2 hour SLA / response time to requests by our fully managed priority customers
